Terms and Conditions:
  1. Only one transaction per billing reference account per ATM card number per month will qualify for one raffle entry. Split payments for one monthly bill earn one raffle entry only.
  2. Donations or payments made to accredited BancNet charitable institutions are excluded in the promo.
  3. The card number is the basis for determining the winning ATM cardholder regardless if the account is individual or joint.
  4. The winners are drawn electronically via a randomizer.
  5. Winners can win a minor prize only once in the entire promo period. In the event that a winner is drawn more than once, the succeeding entry will be disregarded and another winner will be drawn.
  6. Non-winning entries in the monthly draws are still qualified in the grand prize draw.
  7. A cardholder who wins in the monthly draw may still win in the grand draw for his other raffle entries.
  8. All decisions made by BancNet with the concurrence of DTI will be deemed final and irrevocable.
  9. Winners will be notified through registered mail by BancNet or the bank branch where the account is maintained.
  10. Winners must present the winning ATM card, the registered mail and at least 2 valid IDs at the BancNet office located at the 19th floor Equitable Bank Tower Bldg., 8751 Paseo de Roxas, Salcedo Village, Makati City within 60 days from day of receipt of the notification after which prizes will be forfeited with prior approval of DTI.
  11. Winners must agree to be photographed and have their names and pictures posted in any BancNet communication material.
  12. Prizes will be credited to the winner's ATM account.
  13. All prizes in this promotion are exclusive of 20% tax which is to be paid by the winner.
